1 Definitions & Applicability

The following key terms used in these Terms shall have the meanings described below:

• "Platform" refers to ck111's website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "Member" refers to any individual who holds an active account on ck111.
• "Gaming Services" refers to all casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and other entertainment content available on ck111.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to money credited to a member's account as a promotional offer, which becomes withdrawable only after specific conditions are met.

These Terms apply to all members residing in Bangladesh who use the ck111 platform.

2 Membership & Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account on ck111 and use the gaming services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age — for those aged 21 and above only.
• Be legally capable of entering into a contract.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
• Not have had any previous account on ck111 closed or terminated.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, household, address, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, ck111 reserves the right to immediately close the additional accounts and forfeit the associated balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. ck111 may request additional documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in withdrawal processing being put on hold.

3 Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your account. The following rules apply in this regard:

• Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• Use a strong password that is not used on any other platform.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, log out at the end of your session.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us immediately at [email protected].

ck111 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access; however, if you contact us in a timely manner, we will provide every possible assistance.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on ck111 is ৳200 (per payment method). Accepted payment methods:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

Gaming can begin only after funds have been deposited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from ck111 is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

4.3 Legitimacy of Funds

Only funds obtained from legitimate sources may be deposited into an account. Using the ck111 platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited, and if such activity is suspected, ck111 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on ck111 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not on the deposit). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one bonus offer may be held at a time.
• Bonus offers have a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• ck111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may come under investigation.

6 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

ck111's VIP program has four tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week

VIP tier benefits and cashback are always provided subject to applicable terms and conditions. ck111 reserves the right to revise the VIP benefits structure.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on the ck111 platform are operated fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to members with regard to gaming:

• The use of any software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to influence game outcomes is prohibited.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting system errors or technical failures will be considered void.
• Collusion with other members is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a breach of game rules, ck111 may suspend or terminate the account.

ck111 uses encryption technology and a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure the impartiality of all game outcomes.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck111 platform:

• Operating an account using a false identity or the identity of another person.
• Applying "bonus hunting" or hedging strategies to exploit the bonus system.
• Spreading misinformation or false claims against the platform.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or hack any part of the platform.

In the event of such violations, ck111 reserves the right to close the account without notice and forfeit all accumulated winnings.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

ck111 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a path to financial solutions. We encourage members to always play responsibly:

• Only wager what you can afford to lose.
• Do not chase losses with larger bets.
• Set your daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits.

11 Account Closure & Service Restrictions

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. The closure process will begin upon receipt of the request. All valid balances must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

11.2 Closure by ck111

ck111 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for reasons including breach of terms, suspicion of fraud, failure to verify information, or other valid grounds.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for an extended period (generally 12 consecutive months), the account may be marked as inactive and an account maintenance fee may apply.

12 Limitation of Liability

ck111 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Gaming losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Delays resulting from failures of third-party software or payment providers.
• Loss of a member's personal information or funds due to unauthorized account access, where the member has shared their login credentials themselves.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability shall in no case exceed the member's total deposited amount.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a complaint or dispute, the member must first send a detailed description by email to [email protected]. Our support team provides assistance in both Bengali and English, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. Any decision regarding a member's account is always made with the approval of an authorized manager, and that decision shall be considered final.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the ck111 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other elements — is the intellectual property of ck111. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content without prior written permission is prohibited.

15 Changes to Terms

ck111 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via the platform or by email to their registered address. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

The "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page always indicates the date of the most recent revision.

16 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to reach a resolution through friendly discussion. If no resolution is reached through discussion, the appropriate legal process will be followed.
